Feel great today. The workout with the trainer went well too. I weighed myself at the gym and I have lost 3 lbs. I'm going to take it out of my mind though.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
