Small gain but expected. Rough couple weeks (work stress, had to put my dog to sleep, over scheduled, etc) and def fell off the dirty-keto band wagon.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
