Hello everyone, Hope everyone has a great day. I love this App I have been on a diet for a long time I've been keeping it off pretty good but I slowed down for a while but since I've been on this app I haven't had any trouble sticking to anything this thing is wonderful.
295.8 lb Lost so far: 204.2 lb.    Still to go: 145.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
