Considering I ate 3 different birthday cakes and sort of blew it otherwise all weekend I am pretty happy. I was almost perfect all week and that really paid of : )
Been to the gym twice in the past 10 days (all time record!) - getting sick at the momewet, but overall feeling good about this life change : )
