phew I thought it would still be 173 I got a nice suprise this morning
171.6 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes. I am trying to get my walking inside as the temperature here has been triple digit and no rain this last month. Plus my exercises for pain prevention for Sicaitica. I have added some chair exercises to help build a better core. I am beging to see some diffrence in how I feel everyday.
