Yeah! Not sure what did it. Did 10k steps yesterday. Slept more last night. Broke through the 151 barrier!! One pound at a time.
150.1 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
