昨天中午聚餐-饗食天堂吃到撐,今早起床體重居然沒增反減0.1,也沒上廁所💩💩啊,真是奇蹟🤣🤣🤣可能是昨晚一餐沒吃的關係吧🤔因爲中午吃太多,飽到晚上回來都不覺得餓🤣爽😘
