A stressful week and more than one “cheat meal” - I realize weeks like this will happen. We push forward to next week and do better. It’s not a race, it’s a journey.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
