😊 감사함니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 고탄저단 이라는방법은 다이드하는사람한대 상상두못하는방법이지요 😆😆 다이애드하면 재일먹저 짤러나가는개 탄수화물이니가 그래두안심하는개 의학연구결과로는 이방법두 좋은점이잇다고 하내요 뇌를건강하개해준다는것 그리고 일번 오키나와에서두 시민들이고탄저단식단을 얫날서부더먹어왓고 노화방지라고하내요 사실 이방법은 balance diet 와 차이없어요 탄백질영만 아주적개먹는것뿐이애요😉😉
