back again.....up a bit but decided to face the music ..no sense concealing the reality!! I have started back at my diet clinic again today..want to lose the last15-20 pounds...its good to be back...but hard...i was very hungry today

164.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb. Still to go: 19.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 0.8 lb a week

Oh the dreaded diet clinic. :) Glad to see you back. Hope you get rid of those hunger pangs very soon! Why don't you check out the new challenges under community and join one. Maybe that will help get you jumpstarted. Best wishes!
