So I got a little discouraged as that TO
M the month reared it's ugly head. Weight went up 4 lbs but I didn't record as weigh in since I knew it was mostly water weight, now I can't seem to get back to the weight before and am still one pound up GRRRRR! I know I will get there and need to be more consistent with my meals, more balanced and less fat. God please help me to make better choices, be strong and to add some exercise.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
