Cricket's Journal, 18 August 2008

I guess that a couple of days of "clean living" on the SBD Phase I has helped to trim some of the extra weight showing on the scale last Monday. It was probably a lot of water (not to mention a bit of Sunday night's pig out on Indian food. It's nice to see the results, though, and I'm already feeling more in control of what I'm eating. I just need to stick with it, even as I'm beginning to crave cereal and craisins again (my staple breakfast for the last eight months). Good thing I love eggs!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best not to mention pig outs on Indian food at this hour, I'm likely to *really* lose control. ;-) Keep up the good work Cricket!

I love my cereal too but you can hold off a little longer! You're almost there already!
