Up and down ! The diary doesn’t show it because I get determined to loss the weight before I weigh again loss of 1.5 kgs happy with that but still a few to go.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
