Had dinner late at 9pm plus some cookies after. No exercise for a week. Feeling very sluggish. Just sent guest to airport. Will go to gym this pm. Need to get back to normal routine again. On the Bright note.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
