Had a cheat-meal/treat weekend and ate wayyy to much pizza. Feeling a little larger than usual, but I know I need to keep in mind that consistency is key... I just have to jump back into my routine, #thinklongterm :).
174.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
