My diet being better has helped. Plus the exercises. I am doing chair exercises and the air walker. Baby steps. @davidsprincess thank you for all your encouragement. I was in a bad place. You helped me not to give up!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
