Back here after my gorgeous boy was born! 😍Starting my journey back to my pre-pregnancy weight💪wish me luck
143.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I also thought so but u got to eat enough to actually have a good milk supply for baby , it’s so tricky I’m struggling to manage it and I’m four months postpartum now 🙈

I eat very healthy but I don't starve myself. I eat 5 times a day. I make sure that I always feel full. Never compromise your milk supply for the perfect bod...Fall in love with your body as it is now, and let your goals be sensible. Mine is uniform...i am going back to work in 6 weeks and need to fit back in those uncomfortable pants!😞 If it wasn't for the uniform I would relish in my mommy flabs😍Also try to eat as much oats and rooibos tea, apparently that helps. I am loading up on that and have no issues with milk🍼 Good luck and ask advice anytime
