I forgot to weigh in yesterday but I was all the way down to 252 and that felt very nice. I was so happy and I was eating very well. Then I got an e-mail, not even a letter, from one of the schools that I applied for telling me that the job was filled. That made me mad, I didn't eat that badly afterward but I could tell I was making emotional decisions, not logical ones. Today I am up a little bit but it is going to be fine. I get to spend the evening with my son and that will be awesome.
253.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
