Earthlady's Journal, 20 January 2013

I had a bit of a day off yesterday, foodwise, and went over RDI but I did walk LOADS, about 6 or even 7 miles, not including the paces walking around in a large shopping mall!

Very happy with the weight loss this week and looking forward to the next week.
126.1 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
