Not at all sure why I've lost so much weight...am not following any diet, moderating portions but not strictly...only change was no more coffee (although I had a cup yesterday) and shifting to 1-3 cups of green tea/day....I hoped it would help with weight loss but never expected it to be so successful?! My doctor is skeptical and is running to tests to make sure something isn't wrong with me...he is thinking diabetes...
136.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.8 lb a week

I hope everything is ok...please let us know what you find out. If everything's good, I say stick to what's working. I wish I was losing weight by just doing that...unfortunately, I have to almost kill myself with exercise and eating very strictly. Good luck!!
