It’s been a tough week emotionally. Although my eating was steady it could have been better. Learning how much “life” effects weight loss. Only a 100gr loss this week. Regardless we keep moving forward
215.0 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
