slow start today, maybe I am cutting to much cos I am not feeling to good😢
244.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome! When you say you cutting, how many calories are you eating? Anything less than 1200 cal will damage you.

Well mike my first day I did 1013 cal,

Cool, try keep it at 1200, but good foods. Macros make a difference so keep them in check. Google macro calculator and it will help you set them
