Reset my goal weight: Stop focusing on weight loss because my current weight is unhealthy (I was about to enter ‘underweight’ phase but regained a bit). Gaining more muscle and eating healthy is my goal.
119.7 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
