I’ve been fast for two days. Today makes day 3. I’ve been trying to shrink my stomach back to its normal size. Tomorrow I get to eat and I’m so excited about it. Still going to the gym and putting 3 miles a day in (two days so far this week) today will make day 3
162.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
