Feel great today. Not much to report except that my legs are really tired. Worked out again today when I felt like I should probably rest. Tomorrow I'm going to sit in the jacuzzi at the gym to give my legs a bit of a break.

My dad is in town and I am hanging out with the fam tomorrow night. I have to get used to meshing my two lives together.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
