Really pleased with weight loss. Taking a break for a couple of days, staying with a good friend, and won't be dieting. When I get back, I think I will have a break from Keto as well, and just calorie count for a bit. I will have just a week before holiday s and would like to loose about 1.5llb which would put me just on the right side of 11st. Let's see. Right now looking forward to porridge and blueberries, and a juicy Orange later. Those are the things you crave after being on a Keto diet.
