I took about 9 days off and ate like a pig and enjoyed myself.I hardly worked out.I have gained about 8 pounds.
Tuesday Aug 10th is my new start date.

My goal is to be 185 pounds by December 1st.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
