Well this is day 1 of my cheat day. I am going to try and eat well these next few days.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Yea- try and stay away from pasta and bread. They are evil and make you retain water.
