昨日吃了兩塊蛋黃酥和餅乾冰淇淋
及半碗泡麵,撫慰這一個半月的心
早上本來會以為體重會回升,還好還下降了一點。
150.6 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
