i'm back from Vegas and up a pound, I'll take that as a win! i ate very reasonably, exercised the first night, and only drank heavily the last night out. back to the grindstone! 🖤
185.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
