Not following any diet and I have put on 10 pounds.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

I'm sorry to hear about your weight gain. 52lbs is very achievable. Most people I have worked with have lost 100lbs in 10 months. Just stay focused, eat healthy and you'll be at your goal in no time.
