I am pretty stressed out right now and I blew my diet. I was craving carbs so I went and ate as many as I could yesterday and now today I feel like throwing up!
I feel like crap today.....I am also still sad about a personal situation that I am going through too.
I need to just calm down, breathe and focus on the things that matter: getting myself better from the surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago, getting back to work, and taking care of my kids and my bills. Not necessarily in that order either.
Tomorrow is my mom's birthday so I really have to watch what I am eating because I can't have any cake, and cake is a major weakness for me!!!
I am only 29 pounds away from my goal. I wonder if I can get most of that, if not all of it, off by Christmas?
That is my new goal. I may stay on the induction phase for a while sine I am concerned about that.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Hang in there. I know you are going through a lot right now. Just do the best you can. Maybe enjoy a LITTLE piece of cake at mom's birthday, then go back to the plan 100%.
