Ok, this is just getting frustrating. I'm eating my suggested caloric intake and usually less and I'm working out 5 days a week and I keep yo yoing. ARGH.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
