okay I blew it, But I didn't thinkit was 2.6 pounds worth.

h well, I got mad (at myself) and did something about it. I went to curves and did a workout. I hadn't been for 2.5 weeks.

I got remeasured and weighed I joined on 7/9/08 I was down 8 pounds by them. and a few inches.

I've had 40 ounces of water and an Atkins morning bar to eat.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

Don't beat yourself up-- there's all sorts of factors that could be involved. You are doing the right things. Exercising and drinking lots of water while watching what you're eating. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll see a difference in no time!

Good job getting back to the gym. Down by 8 lbs and some inches since July is great. Good for you!
