Not enough water yesterday and started shark week.

NSV: Took my kid BTS shopping at the mall yesterday (awful), and I got a fancy drink from one of my old favorite places. I got a small without hesitating and it was more than enough and not really as good as I remember it. I can’t believe I used to get a large several times a week.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
