I have been struggling some lately and am finding myself eating out of stress. I am not making wise choices like eating dried sweetened fruits all night instead of getting a drink of water and going back to bed. I think the solution is to remove any temptation from my room. I am okay with my weight and yeah the Doctor says he would be good with another 10 pounds but he is okay to where I am. I just dont want to see myself slip in to old habits. I have gotta get this under control.
