Ahhhhh! Out of control!!!

But, I am back on track today. Ate well and on my way to the gym! I will get back to 195 (or less)with 2 weeks!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
