Went to a theme park yesterday, so we walked around a lot (my phone says 15000 steps, but my dad's says 22000 haha, either way, quite a lot). I did have a giant fizzy strawberry cable/lace thing, but I havn't properly treated myself to a compulsive craving for a while so I'll forgive myself! I did regret it after eating it but my boyfriend helped me calm down, so I was happy and I just enjoyed the day :)
116.0 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
