hmmm, I think I'll weigh myself first thing in the morning from here on out! I've been upping the cardio and walking the dogs everyday. Think it's really helping out. Hope everyone gets through the humpday okay!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 21.0 lb a week
