I struggled for the last nine months with controlling my calorie intake. A lot of it was mindless eating and sugar cravings. At the same time I was taken off my anxiety medication and feel this may have had an adverse effect on me. As well, was taken off my pain medication in early spring. I believe my physical pain and anxiety caused me to derail all of my previous efforts at diet and exercise.
I have finally (Sunday) begun to journal, track and mindfully eat. A new beginning - a journey/path not well traveled for some time!
