ouch! Just returned from a week away binging on pasties and everything else unhealthy.
having lost weight before I went did mean I wore a bikini on the beach and wore shorts for the whole week - for the first time in 2 years.
however, not feeling so confident now! lots of wobbly bits have returned. it's surprising how even what can be seen as a smallish weight increase can make such a difference to how you look and then how you feel.

Diet followed reasonably well.
