This week I was hungry... a lot. I am getting more used to how that feels and it feels good to not give in to every impulse. The impulses are still there - but they are getting better and more reasonable. I feel like I am dealing with the reality of my weight and the changes I need to make instead of pretending everytthing is fine and eating whatever I feel like (and slowly gaining). Losing 5 lbs really helps me to see that it is worth it to stop and think about what you are eating : )

I feel better 0 I don't look *that* different (I can tell a little, but I don't think anyone else can).

Goals for next week - EXERCISE!!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
