I'm no longer on the Fat Smash diet. I stopped that about a year ago. I did okay on that diet but I just kept going up and down (yo-yo) on my weight. So I changed and I've done pretty well keeping off the weight myself. I need to start exercising again. :( So I can continue to lose weight. Hopefully I can reach my goal weight.
