kept pretty strict to my deficit and lost more water/waste weight! Vegas is in two days... i had a soft goal of 183 before going out there so i am feeling pretty damn good with myself.

my gym buddy showed me easy body weight exercises to do at the hotel (although we will see if i am capable lol). i plan to (desperately) make good choices or portion myself while out there, although all the alcohol will be hard to combat!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
