I think I may have found a new eating plan. First, only eat a little in the morning, if I eat too much in the morning I feel hungrier for the rest of the day. For lunch, don't eat it in little portions, eat all at once then, when your stomach feels full, STOP. Even if you only have a little left, you can eat it for your snack later, and by eating the rest of your lunch you're not eating any uncounted calories. Dinner, either eat when your hungry and try to resist temptation later, or wait until later and try to avoid snacking. And remember, fruit can be dessert too.
