Back after a week in Nashville! Ate a lot of great food (hot chicken, hot chicken, bbq, hot chicken) but tried not to overdo it by keeping portion sizes reasonable and not drinking too much (at least not every night.) Happy that I didn't come back five pounds heavier!
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
