Weighing in after so long.. been doing weight training 2 times a week for an hour and 4-5 days of bikram yoga. each yoga session is an hour and a half
139.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
