I'm hovering between 163 and 165. Eating well, following my diet 100%, but I'm thinking about cutting some of the sweets. I've cut sugar & sweeteners from my coffee and tea, so that's a plus (no calories or chemicals). I'm exercising decently, and this week will be great for workouts because of this weeks mini challenge.
Bonus: one of my coworkers noticed I was losing weight and asked me for my secret. I appreciate it when others notice. I can feel and see a difference, but it's always so much better when someone else says something.
