after talking with jennifer yesterday i have a whole new outlook on my work and my relationship. its not worth fighting and pushing each other to our limits. im really going to try to listen to johnny and not let it get to the point that we are insulting each other anymore. it will take some adjusting but i can do it. he has thought that im faking it this morning.

today was my first workout with jennifer and it went good. i almost made it through all 5 rounds. t he only thing i didnt do were the last set of the air bikes. i didnt do the full time of the stair master either. next time though.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
