blood glucose 79/ blood pressure 80-62 / heart rate 70.. heart rate is look good since take new medicine but pressure is seem too low. must stop some medicine.yesterday intake 1100kal /carb 123g /prot 41g/fat 55g/sugar 44g/choles 51mg/sod 1400mg/pot 2000mg (in fastsecret show only 1200t due data here is not complete ) phos 900mg .3week later will check BUN again .hope eGFR will increase.I CAN DO IT.MT KIDNEY WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL..and also check black spot in liver that bigger than last year or not.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

다른 수치는 잘 모르지만 혈압은 좋으시네요. 저도 다이어트 후 요즘 90 / 60 정도라 너무 낮은 거 아닌지 해서 의사에게 물어보니 낮은 건 상관 없다고 하더군요.

ㅋㅋㅋ 저는 약때문애 혈압이 이리나와요 약없으면 금방 다시 150/120 으로 올라가요 😆😆😆
